Sustainability

Our aim is to reduce our impact by driving sustainability. We focus on the areas where we can influence and support change, keeping environmental and social considerations in mind. We also work with partners, venues and companies that share our values.  

Managing the impacts of climate change is among the most pressing issues today. We are proud to have partnered with Puente Romano Resort, which eliminates single-use plastic straws, plates, and cups and offers water dispensers for refilling bottles. The venue uses LED lights and has preferences for organic and locally sourced food.

In terms of our impact, we are working to reduce our environmental impact by using e-tickets and digital agendas. 

You can make an impact too by considering a greener travel option, like public transport, and considering opting for the vegan or vegetarian food options.

We aim to reflect the importance we put on diversity, inclusion and equity in our events. We aim to represent a variety of viewpoints in our content and to create a welcoming environment for our members and delegates – regardless of their race, including colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin; sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, religion or belief, ability, age or background. 

We welcome feedback and suggestions on how we can improve in all these areas.
